You obviously love Octavia. Obviously.
She came out looking kind of filly-ish for some reason. That's okay, though. I always thought Octavia would have been a pony who got her cutie mark very early -- a cello prodigy, if you will.
She is 18" tall. Her little collar has a Velcro fastening, so it can go on and off.
